Rudy Argueta serves as the COO and Team Leader of The Lemus Group at Real Broker, one of Central Virginia’s fastest-growing real estate teams. Under his leadership, The Lemus Group has guided 562+ families through successful home purchases and sales and has closed more than $143 million in real estate volume across Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, Powhatan, Goochland, Glen Allen, Short Pump, Petersburg, and Hopewell.
Born and raised in Central Virginia, Rudy combines local market expertise with a strong foundation in education and professional development. He holds distinguished real estate designations including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), and has earned prestigious recognitions such as Tom Ferry’s 30-Under-30 and multiple Top Producer awards.
A passionate coach and educator, Rudy also leads high-level youth soccer programs at Richmond United (ECNL & ECNL-RL), reinforcing his leadership mindset and commitment to developing others.
