Rudy Wilsander Argueta-Lemus

Rudy Argueta is the COO of The Lemus Group. He has been in real estate for over 7 years and still dedicates many additional hours to educating himself. He currently holds distinguished real estate designations: GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), showing his dedication to continuous growth to better serve his clients. Rudy grew up in Central Virginia and has become an expert on its communities and neighborhoods.

Today, he is taking the 180-hour Pre-Licensing Course for the Virginia Real Estate Broker License. Rudy is passionate about educating others. When he is not teaching others the benefits of owning real estate, he shares his passion for educating through soccer with competitive youth and high school teams. Rudy holds many Soccer credentials, such as being a Level 1 ISPAS-accredited analyst, a Level 2 La Liga Formations Methodology, and having obtained a United States Soccer Federation B License. Rudy strives to build strong relationships with every client he works with and shares his values with his growing team.
