Rudy Argueta is the COO of The Lemus Group. He has been in real estate for over 7 years and continues to dedicate many hours to educating himself. He has recently received his Virginia Brokers License in May of 2024, and currently holds the distinguished real estate designations: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) showing his dedication to continuous growth to better serve his clients and team members. Rudy grew up in Central Virginia and has become an expert on its communities and neighborhoods.

Rudy is passionate about educating others, when he is not teaching others the benefits of owning real estate, he shares his passion for educating through soccer with competitive youth and high school teams. Rudy holds many Soccer credentials such as being a Level 1 ISPAS accredited performance analyst, Level 2 La Liga Formations Methodology, and is currently a United States Soccer Federation B Licensee. Rudy will be applying to take the U.S. Soccer Senior-A License when the application window open in Fall 2024.
